CONSTRUCTION:
CORE
The core is manufactured from cold-rolled grain oriented, (CRGO) silicon steel. The steel sheets are cut into required dimensions on automated
machines thereby ensuring reduced air gap, low exciting current and low noise. Each lamination is insulated from each other to ensure a long trouble-free lifetime of the core. Using 45° stepping all leaning lamination way to laminate. So the no-load current are reduced efficiently.
WINDINGS

Process Technology:
Core:
Our transformer's core is fashioned from high-quality, cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with exceptional magnetic permeability. The 45° lamination technique efficiently minimizes no-load loss and no-load current.
Through Simulating Analysis in core model design, we precisely calculate the vibration frequency and size, avoiding core cavity resonance.
By employing spring connections between the core & windings and core & frame, we reduce noise by 10 to 15dB below standard levels.
