1. Crafted with high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel, our core leverages a 45° five-step overlapping method to significantly reduce both no-load loss and no-load current.
2. Our cutting-edge simulation analysis method enables precise and effective core design, allowing us to accurately calculate vibration frequency and scale.
3. By employing flexible connections between the core, coils, and clamps, our transformer's noise level is reduced by an impressive 10-15dB compared to conventional products.

LV windings

1. For LV windings with capacities above 400 kVA, we utilize superior foil conductors to ensure optimal amper-turn balance,
minimize transverse magnetic flux leakage, and significantly enhance the transformer's resistance to short circuits.
2. Through the intelligent design of oil passages within the winding, we achieve exceptional heat dispersion,
resulting in lower temperature rise and enhanced overload capabilities.

HV windings

1. Our HV windings are crafted with superior wire conductors and reinforced with fiberglass insulation for increased durability.
2. Utilizing Germany's HUBERS vacuum cast machine, our HV windings are cast under vacuum and high-pressure conditions, ensuring optimal resin penetration and minimal partial discharge (as low as 5Pc for 11kV products).
3. The optimized structure of our HV windings enhances the transformer's electric field. Lightning impulse simulation calculations were employed in winding model design, greatly improving the product's lightning resistance.
