CONSTRUCTION:
CORE
The core is manufactured from cold-rolled grain oriented, (CRGO) silicon steel. The steel sheets are cut into required dimensions on automated
machines thereby ensuring reduced air gap, low exciting current and low noise. Each lamination is insulated from each other to ensure a long trouble-free lifetime of the core. Using 45° stepping all leaning lamination way to laminate. So the no-load current are reduced efficiently.
WINDINGS

Process Technology:
Core:
Our transformer cores are crafted from high-quality cold rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with outstanding magnetic permeability. The 45° slope lamination technique significantly reduces no-load loss and current.
By employing Simulating Analysis in core model design, we accurately calculate vibration frequency and size, avoiding core cavity resonance.
The core and windings, as well as the core and frame, are connected using a spring mechanism, reducing noise levels by 10 to 15dB below standard.
