Process Technology:
Core:
Our transformer's core is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with high magnetic permeability. Utilizing full 45° slope lamination, we efficiently reduce no-load loss and no-load current.
By employing spring connections between the core & windings, and core & frame, we achieve noise levels that are 10 to 15dB lower than the standard.
Transformer Winding:
LV Winding:
The low-voltage (LV) windings are crafted using superior foil conductors or pristine 100% copper wire, ensuring optimal amper-turn balance and significantly reducing transverse magnetic flux leakage. This advanced design remarkably enhances the transformer's anti-short circuit capability. Our innovative oil passage structure design greatly amplifies the heat dispersion effect of the coils, aiding in lowering the temperature rise of the LV winding and boosting the transformer's overload capacity.
High-Voltage (HV) Winding
The high-voltage (HV) windings are meticulously constructed using top-quality copper conductor wires, and are reinforced with high-grade fiberglass insulation for added durability.
Our HV windings feature an optimized structural design that significantly improves the transformer's electric field distribution, ensuring superior performance.
Utilizing our state-of-the-art technology, we meticulously calculate and analyze lightning wave process simulations to vastly enhance the product's lightning resistance capabilities.
