Customized Oil-Immersed Power Distribution Transformer

CONSTRUCTION:
CORE
The core is made from cold-rolled grain-oriented (CRGO) silicon steel, cut to precise dimensions using automated machines, ensuring reduced air gaps, low excitation current, and minimal noise. Each lamination is insulated to ensure a long, trouble-free life. The 45° stepping lamination method efficiently reduces no-load current.

WINDINGS
LV winding is made with high-quality foil conductor or copper wire, ensuring balanceable ampere-turn and low additional loss. Scientifically designed oil drawings enhance heat dispersion, increasing heat dissipation and reducing temperature, thereby improving overload capability.
Temperature is reduced and the ability of over-load is improved.
HV winding is crafted with high-quality copper wire and an excellent design structure, enhancing electric field distribution. With lightning
impulse analysis, the ability of anti-lighting impulse has been improved.
TANK
The tank is jointed with high-quality steel. The surface is eliminated rust phosphate coating and pained with the type of FVC anticorrosive paint. It has
ability to prevent the corrosion from oil and chemical matter. It can be broadly applied to outdoors with bad environment for its contour artistic, easily
installation and maintenance free.
INSULATION OI L
The insulating oil is inhibited, without PCB and generally complies with IEC60296.

Process Technology:
Core:
Our transformer's core is made of high quality cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet with high magnetic permeability. It is using full 45° slope lamination, so that the noload loss and the no-load current are reduced efficiently.
We use Simulating Analysis in the core model design, so that we can calculate the frequency and size of the vibration exactly and avoid the core cavity resonance.
Between core & windings, and core & frame, we use spring connection. Then the noise is lower 10 to 15dB than the standard.
