Customized Power Distribution Transformer
This product is developed by integrating the latest advanced technology from abroad with the actual conditions in China. The product is characterized by a compact size, easy installation and maintenance, low noise, low loss, anti-theft features, strong overload capacity, and comprehensive protection. It is ideal for new residential areas, green belts, parks, station hotels, construction sites, airports, and other locations.
The ZGS13-H series American prefabricated box-type substation is suitable for a 10kV ring network power supply, dual power supply, or terminal power supply system, serving as a transformer, metering, compensation control, and protection device.
This product meets the following standards: GB / T17467-1998 'High-voltage low-voltage prefabricated substation,' DL / T537-93 'Technical conditions for ordering 6-35kV box-type substation'
The cabinet structure of the series products is divided into two parts. The front encompasses the high and low-pressure operation intervals. The high-voltage interval includes a high voltage terminal, load switch, no-load pressure regulating tap switch, plug-in fuse, pressure release valve, oil temperature meter, oil level meter, and oil discharge valve. The low-pressure interval includes low-pressure terminals. The rear part comprises the oil filling box body and heat sink, transformer windings and iron core, the high-voltage load switch, and the protective fuse, all housed in the oil storage tank.

Process Technology:
Core:
Our transformer features a core crafted from premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, renowned for their exceptional magnetic permeability. The core employs a full 45° slope lamination technique, significantly minimizing no-load loss and no-load current.
Utilizing Simulating Analysis in our core model design allows us to precisely calculate vibration frequency and size, effectively preventing core cavity resonance.
Incorporating spring connections between the core and windings, as well as between the core and frame, we successfully reduce noise levels by 10 to 15dB below standard benchmarks.
Transformer Winding:
LV Winding:
1. For LV windings exceeding a 400 kVA capacity, we utilize superior foil conductors in the manufacturing process. This approach ensures better amper-turn balance,
minimizes transverse magnetic flux leakage, and significantly enhances the transformer's anti-short circuit capability.
2. By meticulously designing the oil passages within the winding, we greatly enhance the heat dispersion effect, which in turn
reduces temperature rise and improves the product's overload capability.
HV Winding
Our HV windings are engineered with an optimized structure to improve the electric field distribution within the transformer.
Employing advanced technology, we simulate and analyze the Lightning wave process, substantially enhancing the product's anti-lightning capability.
