Transformer Core

1. The core is crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel, known for its exceptional magnetic conductivity. Utilizing a sophisticated 45° five-step overlapping method, we have successfully minimized no-load loss and reduced no-load current, ensuring superior efficiency.
2. Leveraging advanced simulation analysis methods for core design, we can precisely calculate vibration frequency and scale, resulting in a more robust and reliable transformer.
3. By incorporating flexible connections between the core and coils, as well as between the core and clamps, we have significantly enhanced the transformer's noise reduction capabilities, improving noise levels by 10-15dB compared to conventional products.

Transformer Windings

LV Windings

1. For LV windings with capacities exceeding 400 kVA, we utilize superior foil conductors in the manufacturing process. This results in better ampere-turn balance,
reduced transverse magnetic flux leakage, and substantially enhanced the transformer's anti-short circuit capability.
2. Through the strategic design of the oil passages within the windings, we have significantly increased heat dispersion efficiency. This innovative design has
lowered temperature rise and markedly improved the product's overload capabilities.

HV Windings

1. Our HV windings are meticulously crafted using top-tier wire conductors, reinforced with fiberglass insulation for enhanced durability and performance.
2. Manufactured under vacuum and high-pressure conditions using Germany's HUBERS Vacuum Cast Machine, our HV windings achieve optimal resin penetration and minimal partial discharge (with the partial discharge for 11kV products being less than 5Pc).
3. The HV windings feature an optimized structure to enhance the transformer's electric field. By employing lightning impulse simulation calculations in the winding model design, we have significantly bolstered the product's anti-lightning capabilities.
