The shell incorporates a special ventilation structure, enhancing the product's heat dissipation capacity. The temperature rise level of the shell meets the highest 10K standard as specified by national GB and international IEC standards.

Process Technology:
Core:
Our transformer cores are manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with high magnetic permeability. Utilizing a full 45° slope lamination, we significantly reduce no-load loss and no-load current.
We employ spring connections between the core & windings and core & frame, resulting in noise levels that are 10 to 15 dB below standard requirements.
Transformer Winding:
LV Winding:
Our LV windings utilize top-tier foil conductors or are crafted entirely from pure copper wire. This ensures an optimal amper-turn balance and significantly minimizes transverse magnetic flux leakage, thereby greatly enhancing the transformer’s resistance to short circuits. With an outstanding oil passage design, the heat dissipation of the coils is notably improved, reducing the temperature rise of the LV winding and boosting the transformer’s overload capacity.
HV Winding
Our HV windings are meticulously engineered with premium copper conductor wires. The incorporation of fiberglass provides reinforced insulation, ensuring durability and reliability.
The optimized structure of our HV windings enhances the transformer's electric field distribution, contributing to superior performance.
Leveraging our advanced technology, we precisely calculate and analyze lightning wave process simulations. This dramatically enhances the product's lightning protection capabilities.
