CONSTRUCTION:
CORE
The core is manufactured from cold-rolled grain oriented, (CRGO) silicon steel. The steel sheets are cut into required dimensions on automated
machines thereby ensuring reduced air gap, low exciting current and low noise. Each lamination is insulated from each other to ensure a long trouble-free lifetime of the core. Using 45° stepping all leaning lamination way to laminate. So the no-load current are reduced efficiently.

Process Technology:
Core:
The core is constructed from high-grade cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel with high magnetic permeability. The full 45° slope lamination reduces no-load loss and current effectively.
Utilizing Simulating Analysis in core design, we precisely calculate vibration frequency and size, thus preventing core cavity resonance.
Spring connections between the core, windings, and frame result in noise levels that are 10 to 15dB lower than standard.
