CONSTRUCTION:
CORE
The core is manufactured from cold-rolled grain oriented, (CRGO) silicon steel. The steel sheets are cut into required dimensions on automated
machines thereby ensuring reduced air gap, low exciting current and low noise. Each lamination is insulated from each other to ensure a long trouble-free lifetime of the core. Using 45° stepping all leaning lamination way to laminate. So the no-load current are reduced efficiently.
WINDINGS

Process Technology:
Core:
Our transformer's core is meticulously crafted from high-quality cold rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet, boasting high magnetic permeability. The full 45° slope lamination drastically reduces no-load loss and no-load current.
We employ Simulating Analysis in the core model design to precisely calculate the frequency and size of vibrations, effectively avoiding core cavity resonance.
The spring connection between the core & windings, and core & frame, reduces noise by 10 to 15dB below the standard.
