Transformer Core

1. Crafted from premium-grade grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel renowned for its superior magnetic conductivity, the core of our transformer employs a meticulous 45° five-step overlapping technique. This innovative approach significantly minimizes both no-load loss and no-load current, ensuring peak performance.
2. Our design process incorporates state-of-the-art simulation analysis to precisely and effectively calculate the vibration frequency and scale of the core. This advanced method guarantees optimal performance and reliability.
3. We utilize flexible connections between the core and coils, as well as between the core and clamps. These measures reduce the transformer's noise level by an impressive 10-15dB compared to conventional products, offering a quieter and more efficient operation.

Transformer Windings

LV Windings

1. For LV windings with a capacity above 400 kVA, we use superior foil conductors in the winding manufacturing process. This results in an exceptional amper-turn balance,
reduced transverse magnetic flux leakage, and greatly enhanced short-circuit resistance, ensuring robust performance under demanding conditions.
2. The oil passages within the windings are meticulously designed to maximize heat dispersion. This intelligent design lowers temperature rise and significantly
boosts the product's overload capacity, extending the transformer's operational lifespan and reliability.

HV Windings

1. Our HV windings are constructed using superior wire conductors, reinforced with high-quality fiberglass insulation. This ensures unmatched durability and performance.
2. The HV windings undergo a precise casting process under vacuum and high-pressure conditions using German HUBERS vacuum cast machinery. This guarantees optimal resin penetration and minimal partial discharge, with values as low as 5Pc for 11kV products.
3. The HV windings feature an optimized structural design to enhance the transformer's electric field. Lightning impulse simulation calculations are employed in the winding model design, substantially improving the product's lightning resistance capabilities.
