CONSTRUCTION:
CORE
The core is manufactured from cold-rolled grain oriented, (CRGO) silicon steel. The steel sheets are cut into required dimensions on automated

Process Technology:
Core:
Our transformers feature cores made from high-quality, cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with excellent magnetic permeability. The full 45° slope lamination technique effectively reduces no-load loss and current.
Utilizing Simulating Analysis in core design, we precisely calculate vibration frequency and size to prevent core cavity resonance.
With spring connections between the core, windings, and frame, our noise levels are reduced by 10 to 15dB below standard.
