The Oil Immersed Transformer series are characterized by low noise, low loss, and minimal partial discharge. CONSTRUCTION:
CORE
The core is manufactured from cold-rolled grain-oriented (CRGO) silicon steel. The steel sheets are precision-cut to the required dimensions on automated
machines, ensuring reduced air gaps, low exciting current, and minimal noise. Each lamination is insulated to guarantee a long, trouble-free lifetime. Utilizing a 45° stepping, all-leaning lamination method efficiently reduces no-load current.
WINDINGS
The LV winding is crafted from high-quality foil conductor or copper wire, ensuring balanced ampere-turns with minimal additional loss and enhanced short-circuit resistance. Scientifically designed oil drawings for heat dispersion increase the heat dissipation surface area, thereby reducing temperature and improving overload capacity.
The temperature is reduced, and the overload capacity is improved.
The HV winding is constructed with high-quality copper wire and a superior design structure, enhancing electric field distribution and lightning resistance.
Through our extensive research and advanced impulse analysis, we have significantly enhanced the transformer's resistance to lightning-induced surges, ensuring unparalleled durability and reliability.
TANK
Crafted from premium-grade steel, the tank undergoes rigorous rust elimination and phosphate coating processes, culminating in a superior FVC anticorrosive paint finish.

Process Technology:
Core:
Our transformers incorporate cores made from high-quality, cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, offering excellent magnetic permeability. Utilizing a precise 45° slope lamination technique, we effectively reduce no-load loss and current.
By employing Simulating Analysis in core design, we accurately calculate vibration frequency and size to prevent core cavity resonance, enhancing operational stability.
Incorporating spring connections between the core, windings, and frame, our transformers achieve noise levels that are 10 to 15dB below the industry standard.
